CAIO - Chief AI Officer 2025 (IKN Italy)
How to Become Enterprise-Proof: The AI Developer Playbook
Session at 15:25 - At Italyโs first event on AI responsibility and implementation led by Chief AI Officers.
The Enterprise Problem
Software development with GenAI is perfect from 0 to MVP, but is ineffective at Enterprise level. While companies let teams choose whatever tools they want, they create chaos: inconsistent code, very few MVP projects, issues with legacy code, data privacy and team skills.
The 4 Main Challenges for Enterprise Adoption:
๐ข Business Context (know-how + code)
- Context Window Limitations of enterprise codebases
- Implementation of RAG and vector databases
- Knowledge Management of the entire corporate knowledge base
๐ค LLM Selection
- Data Protection Levels (Open Source vs proprietary models)
- Support for legacy languages
- Operational costs and agent capabilities (function calling, MCP)
๐ฅ Change Management and Adoption
- Transition from Coder to AI Orchestrator
- Integration into existing processes (bugs, security, technical debt)
- Team collaboration with and through AI (Vibe Coding)
๐ Governance and Measurement
- AI Policy: when to use which model/tool
- New Code Review criteria for AI-generated code
- Productivity and Developer Experience metrics
The Solution: FairMind Agentic Platform
Presentation of the enterprise multi-agent platform with specialized agents (NOVA, SAGE, ATLAS, ECHO, TESS) that manage the entire development cycle: from legacy modernization to digital product innovation.
Target: CIOs, CTOs and AI Leaders who want to scale GenAI adoption beyond the prototype.
